Christina E. Coley

Christina E. Coley is the founder of LowCountry Wellness & Disabilities Network and the owner of Rapid Relay Home Healthcare Services LLC in Kingstree, South Carolina.

With more than twenty years of experience spanning healthcare, behavioral health, financial counseling, public safety, and community services, Christina has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families overcome barriers to healthcare and essential resources.

Her professional experience includes serving within the Maryland Correctional Pre-Release System, the University of Maryland Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Health, and Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, where she assisted patients with financial counseling, grant programs, and connections to community organizations.

These experiences inspired the creation of LCWDN to ensure that no family has to navigate disability, healthcare, or community support alone.

Her leadership is built on compassion, integrity, dignity, professionalism, and a lifelong commitment to service throughout South Carolina's Lowcountry.
